I want my money back!

If you want a nice app that will link to your accounts, then this isnt the app for you.
I have tried 10 times to connect to my bank account. I know my username. I know my password. But apparently, this app cant connect.
It then freezes up after EVERY attempt.
If I wanted a checkbook that requires me to visit my banks webpage, download the file and then manually import it, then I might as well use Excel.
I want my money back.
